Class 3 joined with children from Belford and Seahouses First Schools to take part in a problem solving workshop called Aspire. the children were put in groups and given tasks to perform. here are some of their comments.
James said,"I had a great time building the cover for the egg. I am still laughing about the egg crashing. I hope we can do it again because it was fun.
Emma said," When I found out we were doing problem solving I thought we were doing maths! but it wasn't. It was fun. My favourite one was when one person was blindfolded and the other person had to guide them round.
Bethany said, "I thought the swamp was the best because you had to use planks and walk across them to get to the next town, and then balance on them. i enjoyed it all very much. I nearly fell off but I caught my balance again which was very close.
